The MiChildSupport website shows I received a payment, but I haven't actually received it yet. Where could my money be?

Answer:

Payments from the non-custodial parent will appear on the MiChildSupport website once it has been processed. A delay in processing can be caused by a number of reasons (see above question for reference). A delay in sending payments is usually caused by a post office delay. Custodial parents/payees are encouraged to set up a direct deposit or debit card for faster payments. Please visit the MiSDU website at https://www.misdu.com/secure/ReceivingPayment.aspx for more information on receiving payments.
