I didn't receive a hearing date notification text or email. Why?
Answer:
Because not all counties use the Michigan Child Support Enforcement System to schedule court dates, MiChildSupport may not get updated with hearing information dates and times. Therefore, it is very important that you follow the information you would have received in the mail from your FOC and/or to contact your FOC to confirm your hearing dates with them.
