There are few possible reasons why you could have received an error when requesting a MiChildSupport Verification PIN.
- You have already upgraded to Verified Access
- You have requested a MiChildSupport Verification PIN within the last two weeks. You cannot request a PIN again until the two weeks have elapsed since your last request.
- Your address on file with the FOC may not be correct. Contact the FOC to confirm they have your correct address marked as verified.
