Frequently Asked Questions - Detail

How do I get verified access?

Answer:

When subscribing to MiChildSupport in MILogin, you will complete an identity verification process. In MiChildSupport, you will be required to provide your social security number and date of birth. Then, based on your MILogin identity verification results, you will either have instant verified access, or if further verification is needed, MiChildSupport will mail you a letter with a MiChildSupport Verification Personal Identification Number (PIN). The PIN is mailed to the address on file for you in the Michigan Child Support Enforcement System. Once you enter your PIN, you will be upgraded to verified access. If you don't receive the PIN letter after 5 to 7 days, you may not have an address on file with your Friend of the Court (FOC). For faster results, you may contact your FOC/PA to obtain the PIN over the phone.
